Mobile Apps are available for iPhone®, Blackberry®, and Android™ smartphones, tablets and PCs that allow you to schedule, start or join a meeting.

There has always been the ability to conduct a conference call from anywhere using your mobile phone but the advantage to using the App provided by Zip Conferencing is in the convenience of having your information at your fingertips and the ability to control the call. The App stores all of the access numbers and pass codes you use to conduct your conference call so you don’t need to go searching for that information when you want to hold a meeting. You can start or join a call easily at the click of a button.
You can also schedule a call and invite participants using your email application and have the meeting appear in their calendar with a link that allows them to join the call at the click of a button. The system will even call out to your participants to join them to the call eliminating the need to dial into the system.
And if you want to share visuals during your meeting the Web Conferencing service also works within the application and allows you to share slides or other information from your computer. The services work in all operating systems so participants can be on a variety of devices and still participate in the same meeting.
